In this article, the relation between state and education will be discussed. A presentation will be made of two perspectives: liberal and the neo-liberal one. Being, first, one soon introduction regarding the education as a social factor in a historical line. After that, it tells to the symbiosis between State and Education through the history of the Education. In the final consideration, it aims at to previously conclude the analysis of the two demonstrated perspectives and analyzing the Education in Brazil in the present time. INTRODUCTION the education is the consequence of a society. It looks for to transmit the desires of a people and intrinsically is related to the social, economic factors and politicians of its time. Its concept varies of time at time and that the educative ideals are determined by these factors of its time. The education is not something isolated, abstract, but it is related narrowly with the society and culture of each time, which produces human ideals and types that the education treats to carry through.
It is necessary, therefore, to relate the social and cultural education and conceptions of each historical moment. According to BOURDIEU (1998), ‘ ‘ the school only can create the aspiration to cultura’ ‘. Thus, the Education is the object of study of the school, therefore its paper is to nullify the philosophy, the thought, the behavior and the relations human beings who the learning need to live in a society, therefore of this form will be apt to construct a solid and critical vision of the educative reality, in order to search collective alternatives for the problems in the social and pertaining to school scope. During the medieval period, the Jesuits had conceived, under influence of the doctrine Christian-catholic, ends of defined for the life human being: educational.
In the activities proposals they had been boarded concepts practical-theoretician of Biotechnology related to the daily one of the pupils. METHOD the subjects of the activities had been chosen and developed from contents of Chemistry related to the knowledge practical-theoreticians of the Biotechnology (Table 1). The activities had been carried through with pupils practical State School inside of one pedagogical one of construtivista theoretical recital. For attainment of data it was used as evaluation tool questionnaires daily pay and after-test. The questionnaires turn of objective and dissertativas questions and were applied one week before the beginning of the activities for the daily pay-test and reapplied one week after the development the activities for the after-test.
These tools had been used to evaluate the previous knowledge of the pupils and the efficiency of these practical activities with regard to the learning of the involved concepts. The gotten results of the evaluations they are being analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The answers had been tabulated and express in percentages. The test of the Qui-square was used to analyze the significance of the differences between the frequencies of categories being considered p d 0, 05, with the use of program BIOESTAT 5.0. The participants of this research attended a course 3 series of Average Ensino. For identification of the same ones had been used initiate they GCA for the group submitted to the activities of the education of Biotechnology and GSA for the pupils who had not been submitted to the research. For assignment of Daily pay-Test the number 1 and in After-Test was used number 2, as table 2. RESULTED the analyses of the data they disclose that the participants had had a satisfactory performance with regard to the learning of the concepts related to the fermentation what can to be observed in the increase of the correct and partially correct answers of Group G2CA, when compared with group G1CA.

This concept also is questioned by studious of the area, because it passes the idea of submissos pupils, silenced, quiet that they do not interact with the professor who impose its idea. What valley to stand out is that such idea can if to relate the beliefs, dogmas or customs and that these are taken by the individuality and they cannot be taxes, but is had that to only open way so that the pupil constructs its beliefs, dogmas, customs that finish for discharging in the knowledge. To open way means to dialogue, opposes accurately it of the concept of disciplines nailed for the traditional pedagogia.
