A recent study by members of the University of East Anglia (United Kingdom) and Harvard (USA), asserts that cranberries, besides being a delicious fruit, help to reduce the risk of high blood pressure. According to the authors of this research, blueberries have a compound known as anthocyanins, which is responsible for the protective effect against hypertension problems.
