Phagocytosis
The aim of the study was to study the features of phagocytosis and its estimated coefficients of the chronic pain syndrome (HBS). Was carried out 2 series of studies on 15 adult male outbred albino rats 4.3 months age: control and modeling of hbs by electrocutaneous stimulation of the receptor zone of the tail. Phagocytic activity of leukocytes was investigated in vitro by incubation of native blood with the culture of St. aureus followed by cytology smears. Studied the following indicators of phagocytosis: phagocytic index (PI), phagocytic number (SF), phagocyte pool (FP), phagocytic capacity (EF), monocyte-neutrophil ratio (M / H).
