Respect for Education
How can we educate our children to acquire leadership skills and entrepreneurs? In order to deliver a leadership training our children, we must incorporate these three key ingredients in their education. 1 .- Respect for the child’s individuality: Each person is unique. We all have different skills and talents and God’s specific plan for our lives. It is therefore very important to educate every child without violating this principle of individuality. The sooner the child to discover their strengths and weaknesses, more will be able to develop them. Parents often make the mistake of forcing our children to spend more time on your weak areas to reinforce rather than allow you to have successful experiences in their areas of strength.
If your child has difficulties in the area of language and is good for the sport, the sport is restricted so you can achieve a satisfactory level in reading and writing. a his measure of education is based on the mistaken premise that every child should receive a general education. a ste kind of education does not produce leaders. If you will show your children that fully supports them in developing their strengths in return for minimal effort they make to develop your weak areas, you will be making one of the most important duties of a father to identify his son. Your child can not be molded to their views or the views of others. His son came to this world with a destination that is already built into the very essence of his being.
The only thing we as parents must do is identify what God put them there and help them develop to their full potential. If we force our children to be like everyone else, will also be on the heap when they are older. 2 .- The love of learning: It is a consequence of point number one. If you support your children in the development of the areas that they’re mad, sooner or later will have the confidence to face what he costs. Children are not containers to be filled with knowledge. True learning, he who is able to change a life, is like a fire that flares up in the heart of a child. Once the child has understood how to learn with passion, will be an independent student, an important requirement for a leader of tomorrow. 3 .- Good mentors: An essential requirement for raising a good leader is a mentor. The most important mentors in the life of a child not their teachers but their parents. How can we be suitable mentors to them? A good mentor does not require or control, but inspiring to achieve greatness. A good mentor not only requires an effort of his pupil, but to extraordinary in their own education in order to be a good example for him.
