At present the Spanish development on the subject of urban planning is highly recognized worldwide, especially in Europe, since the implementation of new trends such as rationalism created in Spain and applied in the cities of the same; they were applied to other civilizations thanks to important architects like Secundino Zuazo and Fernando Garcia Mercadal.
